Vegetation Dynamics and Ecohydrology Laboratory  

The UCSB Vegetation Dynamics and Ecohydrology Laboratory hosts two Conviron PGW40 walk-in plant growth rooms with a Licor light sensor integrated to the close-loop feedback based lighting system, LED lighting to 1,400uMols using a combination of Fluence Broadband and 730 nm fixtures, additive and dehumidification capabilities, and additive and CO2 scrubbing capabilities, a field staging area, and stable isotope facilities. Growth chamber facilities are in collaboration with the Anderegg Lab (https://anderegglab.eemb.ucsb.edu/) in the Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Biology.
