Biography

I returned to the Geography Department in 2021 as a postdoc after several years in Indonesia working for two marine environmental non-profit organizations. My PhD dissertation focused on participatory mapping for environmental planning, in particular, exploring the opportunities, challenges and surprises that arise when digital tools are used in a place where laptop and desktop computers are uncommon.
