The UCSB Biogeosciences (BGS) Group is an interdisciplinary group of scientists with broad research interests in the interactions of biological and geophysical processes and properties that govern the Earth system.

Mission

The goal of the UCSB Biogeosciences (BGS) group is to connect biogeoscientists across research groups and Departments at UCSB. The seminar provides a forum for graduate students, postdocs, and faculty to learn about ongoing research and to receive diverse feedback on interpreting and presenting data.
