Susan Burtner

Biography

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Operations Research & Management Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014. I then got a Master's degree in Urban Spatial Analytics at the University of Pennsylvania in 2015. After graduation I moved to Tennessee to work as a Research Associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the Geographic Information Science & Technology group. I joined UCSB's Geography department as a PhD student in 2017.
