Dr. Lee's research aim is to provide advanced hydroclimate forecast applications to facilitate water management and to promote humanitarian actions to prepare extreme hydrological hazards (droughts and floods) in advance by anticipating subsequent impacts on livelihoods, agricultural, and public health, particularly in developing nations.
