Get the Goleta Quad from CaSil, below is a link to server that has all the DRGs for the whole state. You want the 7.5 minute.

You can download the .tif yourself, and crop it to the correct size, or just use the one linked below. The DRGs from CaSil are GeoTiffs, they come with coordinates (Lambert, feet) if you are using GIS. If you are not the coordinates don't really matter unless you want to determine area, but that is not really the point of this exercise. The .tif image will open with just about any graphic design software (Adobe, Corel, MacroMedia, etc.)
