aquifers in California
the flooding-drying cycle of
vernal
pools,
wetlands restoration: rainfall,
infiltration,
evaporation;
writing national standards for the
probabilistic
characterization of aquifer parameters; seepage forces and their
geotechnical implications;
stream-aquifer interactions.
energy sources and options for
the 21st Century.
Upcoming trips include Costa
Rica, Portugal, Hawaii, France, Iceland and other amazing
sites.
Plus tours through Los Padres National Forest
of California, and the Sierra Nevada
in California. Busy schedule.
