The Santa Barbara Condors, Santa Barbara's Ultimate Frisbee team, have been invited to compete in the World Ultimate Club Championships (WUCC) this August in Hawaii. Greg Husak, a graduate student in Geography, is on the team. The Condors are the number one seed at the event - -they are the top representative from the United States, and defending national champions. There will be teams from approximately 16 countries participating in the open division at the competition. James Studarus, who worked in the Geography administrative office part time until recently accepting a full time position making a difference on conserving the coast west of Santa Barbara, is also on the team.
