Quick Filing Guide

If you are not registered the quarter you file

Request a Filing Fee form from the Graduate Division, and take it along with the filing fee of $120 to the Cashier's Office, 1212 SAASB. Note: Quarterly registration maintains your student status until the beginning of the following quarter.

Give the Graduate Division

Two (2) copies of the complete thesis/dissertation on white, letter-sized, 100% cotton fiber, 20- or 24- pound bond.

Masters students

One (1) additional copy of the title page and abstract (does not have to be on cotton bond)

Ph.D. students

Two (2) additional copies of the title page and abstract (do not have to be on cotton bond)

Give the Department

One (1) copy of the complete thesis/dissertation, which does not have to be bound or on cotton bond.
