Welcome

This website combines two seemingly unrelated things. Geography and Photography. The former is what I am studying in beautiful Santa Barbara and is also hopefully the field that I will be working in in the future. The latter has been one of my hobbies since a few years and it is something that I am having a lot of fun with these days, especially since I made the switch to digital photography.

These pages will give you a brief overview about myself, my past and current research and display some of my photography. At this point in time some links are not implemented yet. I apologize for that and I hope I will have the time to fix this soon.
